General Construction 

Pay: $15–$25 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Part-Time with opportunities to become Full-Time as the company continues to grow.

About the Position

Kelley Property Maintenance LLC is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to help us build and maintain residential and commercial properties throughout Central Florida.

This isn't just a lawn care job. Every week is different. One day you may be maintaining our scheduled lawn care route, and the next you could be installing landscaping, building paver patios, repairing fences, installing drainage systems, completing property cleanups, or assisting with general construction and home improvement projects.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Lawn mowing, edging, and blowing
• Landscape installation and renovations
• Mulch, rock, and plant bed installation
• Shrub trimming and seasonal cleanups
• French drain and drainage system installation
• Fence repairs and installations
• Paver patio and walkway installation
• General property repairs and handyman work
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials
• Operating landscaping and construction equipment safely
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Providing professional customer service at every job
• Crew Foreman Responsibilities (Experience Preferred)

Applicants with leadership experience may be considered for a Crew Foreman position.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Leading daily job assignments
• Training and mentoring crew members
• Communicating with customers on-site
• Ensuring projects meet company quality standards
• Managing job timelines and materials
• Maintaining safety and professionalism throughout each project
• What We're Looking For
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Able to follow directions and work independently when needed
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver's license preferred (required for Foreman positions)
• Construction, landscaping, handyman, irrigation, fencing, or hardscape experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person.

General Construction & Landscape Technician

$15–$20/hour depending on experience

Crew Foreman

$20–$25/hour depending on experience
